WELCOME TO MIND HOUSE
Mind House was born out of a love for meditation, the need to de-stress, and the desire to have a little fun – all in a serene space. We host bespoke pop-up guided group meditations, in spaces that breathe comfort, style, and quietude.
Not your average meditation class, under one roof our expert teachers blend ancient practices with a modern ethos and playful approach. We keep things simple, but potent; serious, but fun. Our meditation classes are an easy and powerful way to learn, practice, and experience meditation and mindfulness at its best.
We invite all people – from meditation newbies to seasoned practitioners – to come round, sit back, and #MindTheHead.
SO WHY MEDITATE?
The practice of meditation is ancient, but its success remains current, proved by modern science. Maintaining a regular meditation practice makes the brain thicker – stronger. (Not to be geeky, but it’s called neuroplasticity.) And the benefits of this go on and on, literally...
